Employee Code Of Conduct


  1. Every employee shall conduct both private and public life and in his/her relations with the co-employees, colleagues, students, patients, patients attendants and the public at large to be worthy of the ideals of the institution.
  2. Each employee should maintain a cardinal relationship with one another to create a congenial atmosphere and avoid groupism in order to work together pleasantly.
  3. All the employees must wear their uniform (non-teaching staff) with ID cards during working hours in the college premises.
  4. All employees shall observe absolute decorum and decency of behaviour at all times. Every employee shall treat their colleagues with dignity and respect. No discrimination based on gender shall be allowed in any of the working procedures.
  5. The duties of an employee shall pertain to his work as per the terms of conditions of appointment and shall ensure the service rules and carryover the responsibility as assigned to him/her by the management from time to time.
  6. The use of cell phones by the employees within the classroom, in front of the higher authorities, in the ward during the presentation and in the meeting and hospital is strictly prohibited
  7. We strongly believe every employee shall serve the institution honestly, faithfully and devote his/her efforts and time, thoughts, suggestions, concerns exclusively for the development of the Institution.
  8. The management shall not entertain any representations from anybody or source proposing to speak on behalf of the employees.
  9. The management may frame rules, amend or alter them from time to time for the smooth functioning of the institution subject to the provisions of law for the time being in force and it shall be the responsibility of every employee to abide by and follow the same.
  10. Any person accepting employment in this institution shall be deemed to have accepted the terms of these regulations

Code Of Conduct For Students


  1. All the students must be in uniform with ID card during working hours on the college premises.
  2. Male and female students must come neatly dressed to classes/clinical with a respective uniform.
  3. Female student’s hair must be clean and off the face.
  4. The male students should be clean-shaven, shirts tucked in with a black belt and Wearing black shoes is compulsory.
  5. Fingernails must be short, clean, and unpolished. Female students must wear sandals/white shoes for class and clinical.
  6. Consumption of intoxicants / psychotropic substances in any form or smoking or using chewing-gum, pan masala etc. is strictly prohibited. Any violation by the students will be viewed very seriously and they will be subjected to disciplinary action
  7. Ragging in any form is strictly prohibited in the college and hostel. Harassing juniors, the ill-treatment to other fellow students or any such form of ragging is objectionable and liable to be treated as a criminal offence by the law enforcing agencies as per the directives of Hon’ble Supreme Court of India. And Students found indulging in ragging in any form will be liable to be expelled from college and hostel.
  8. The use of cell phones by the students within the college and hospital is strictly prohibited during the working hours if any violation of the above instructions will be viewed very seriously and cell phones will be seized by the faculty member on the spot and handed over to the principal and liable for disciplinary action.
  9. Students have to strictly avoid uploading /posting any news or information about the college which may bring disrepute or negative publicity
  10. All students shall observe absolute decorum and decency of behaviour at all times including during the conduct of cultural, sports and athletic meets. Any violation will be viewed seriously for disciplinary action (expulsion from the College/Hostel)
  11. Sexual Harassment is an important issue in the Institute. In case of such issue, the students are requested to contact the PREVENTION OF SEXUAL HARASSMENT committee.
  12. Students are not permitted to distribute or display (both physically and electronically) material such as notices, banners, etc. on the campus without the permission of the competent authority.
  13. Students are expected to maintain silence in the college building and academic campus dings to maintain the decorum and, any deviant behaviour such as hooting, whistling, loitering etc. will be treated as an instance of indiscipline.
